Privacy notice

This notice is issued by DP Finansal Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“the Company”) as data controller under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. The Turkish version is the authoritative text.

What is processed

This website sets no cookies, contains no forms and collects no data from visitors directly. It is served through Cloudflare, whose infrastructure may keep technical access records such as IP address, browser information and time of access for a limited period, for the security and continuity of the service.

When you email us, your name, email address and the content of your message are processed only to answer your request.

Purpose and legal basis

Technical access records: secure provision of the service; legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f).
Email correspondence: answering your request; Articles 5(2)(c) and 5(2)(f).

Transfers

Your data is shared only with the infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service (hosting and email) and, where the law requires it, with competent public authorities.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept for at most two years after the request is closed. Technical access records are limited to the infrastructure provider’s standard retention periods.

Your rights

Under Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information if it is, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to recipients, object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
